At Carry Maternity, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your new wardrobe. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your growing bump, we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund or exchange on all unworn items with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items with all original designer tags and packaging into a secure shipping box or the original mailer.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
